Education:

• A graduate of Tel Aviv University School of Law with an LL.M. degree
• A graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya School of Law with an LL.B. degree
• A member of Israel Bar Association since 2011

Areas of Practice:

Specializes in real estate, planning and construction, real estate taxation and commercial law, as well as restrictive trade practices. Among others, his real estate practice includes representation at various judicial and semi-judicial tribunals in the area of planning and construction and in administrative proceedings; preparation of complex real estate contracts (including, legal accompaniment of contracting companies, conveyancing agreements, urban renewal projects such as Pinui Binui (demolition and reconstruction) and TMA 38 (renovation), buying groups, and the like), and consulting in the areas of real estate taxation. As part of his commercial practice he, inter alia, drafts varies commercial agreements, handles regulations issues and provides regular legal advice to non-profit organizations and corporations, both Israeli and foreign.
