Representation of Apartment Owners and Tenant Committees

Advising and supporting apartment owners and tenant committees throughout all stages of urban renewal projects – from selecting the right developer, engaging appraisers and supervisors, and drafting agreements with development companies, to ensuring full guarantees (apartment value, taxation, rent payments for tenants who vacate, financing of legal proceedings). We also oversee and supervise planning processes, financing arrangements, and ultimately the registration of the new apartments in the names of the owners.

Representation of Developers and Contractors

Advising developers and contractors in urban renewal projects, both in contractual and commercial dealings with apartment owners and financing banks, and in planning and administrative matters with the authorities. Our services ensure sound contract management, efficient planning advancement, and legal stability throughout the project’s life cycle.

Claims against Obstructing Tenants

In cases where a minority of apartment owners delay the project, we initiate and manage legal proceedings on behalf of developers or fellow owners against dissenting tenants, including representation before the Condominium Registrar and the competent courts. Resolving Disputes and Stalled Projects
